He didn't want a party, so Kyle and Peyton came over after school for pizza and cake and a sleep over. Grandma and grandpa were lucky enough to be able to participate and receive a birthday hug. Or two. Or three :)

For his birthday, Dylan also got the last day of school before Christmas vacation! That's a very appreciated gift.

Hi Mitchy - That's the way we felt too, at first. We were definitely in denial.
But now we're finding that we really enjoy having a 13 year old grandson! He's still the same sweet boy and tons of fun.
The thing is, time just passes far too quickly.
